Cura Precision Prebiotics™ supplement has been created with three clinically tested, non-digestible prebiotic fibres (known as FOS, GOS and XOS – Oligosaccharides) that are able to specifically target the growth of keystone bacteria in the gut – hence the name Precision Prebiotic.
Proprietary Functional Fibre Blend - Galactooligosaccharides (GOS - Bimuno) from MILK, Fructooligosaccharides (FOS - Livaux and Actazin), Xylooligosaccharides (XOS - PreticX) from CORN COB, Cellulose (Hypoallergenic Plant Fibre), Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Vegetable Capsule).

Additives: Cellulose.
Directions:
Adults and children (aged 8+) start with two capsules per day with or without food for one week, then increase to four capsules daily with or without a meal as tolerated.
If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can easily twist open and sprinkle the contents of the capsules onto food or into a glass of water. It is helpful to drink plenty of water throughout the day when taking a prebiotic supplement.
